I thought it would be like the normal courses where you at least have up to a week to drop a course for a full refund. And low and behold, when I went to check my balances owing I found that I owe fees for a course that I didn't even attend to whatsoever. WebChang school classes on average cost more than regular classes. But you will get a partial refund on the day class when you transfer. The refund percentage depends on when you do the transfer.
