Conveniently located a block from the San Juan River in the downtown district, Healing Waters is one of the few places with a swimming pool and hot tubs fed directly by hot springs waters. The swimming pool is large and pleasantly warm. WebWe stayed two nights at Healing Waters while visiting Pagosa Springs. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance to the river, other hot springs, restaurants and downtown Pagosa Springs. They have a naturally warmed swimming pool and hot tub.

Nice location, close enough to walk to restaurants, and other tourist attractions. Be sure to bring your own pool noodle! Hotel staff was great. Highly recommend.
